So the last time I posted an update on my blog from my desk I had just arrived back in Atlanta from Germany. In four days I’ll be going back to Germany leaving Atlanta. My! My! My! How time flies.
If you want to know what’s happening with CH Wellness Center and the status of my location always read the News section on our website. Today was the last day for in-person consultations. From the month of April until November I’ll be seeing in-person consultations at our Munich branch in Germany. If you are not within the Bayern area please schedule a phone or skype consultation. Otherwise you’ll have to wait until December for all in-person consultations. Several people have posted on our Facebook Fan Page their frustration of not getting an immediate return phone call from members of our staff. Unfortunately, our receptionists are not able to answer detailed questions asked by callers. When these individuals leave their name and phone number for a member of our staff to call them back this may take several weeks or sometimes months (if at all). This is a valid complaint and I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but if you want an immediate reply to any and all questions it’s best to connect with one of our live chat agents or send our customer services representative an email. In my team’s defense we all hate returning phone calls. It’s so time consuming. 90% of the questions asked over the phone are answered on the website. YES! 90%!!!! Another issue we have with returning phone calls is that people love to talk and they TALK ALOT! You can tell them that you have other callers on hold and they’ll reply “Ok, let me ask one more question”. That “one more question” will turn into 7 questions and 15 minutes later we are still on the phone with that person. We all love to multi-task, but this is not possible when we are on the phone with callers because we must give them our full attention. This extends production time by 3 – 4 hours which cause my staff to work overtime. This means that I have to pay them “time and a half” (overtime compensation) to finish projects, orders and paperwork because most of their day was spent on the phone returning calls. THIS IS A PROBLEM!!!!! So I came up with a solution and here it is. All callers who have specific questions that can not be answered by our receptionist will be instructed to email our customer service department. If callers prefer a return phone call instead of emailing our CS department their contact information will be collected by our receptionists. The contact information will be forward to the responsible staff member. If that member has time to return the phone call he or she will do so. If they do not have time then the phone call will not be returned. Therefore, if you have a question and you want it answered immediately it’s best to talk with our live chat agents or send an email.
I am happy to announce that our online class section is up and running. We have worked out all the kinks and knots with that section and now everything is running smoothly. The fibroid classes fill up fast and we are working on extending the software to allow at least 20 more participants to enroll. We also have more classes on the way for both our video and audio section. Be sure to bookmark that page and check on it at least once a week for updates.
