They lack the knowledge that will truly benefit them, or have been followed every health guru under the sun and still not feeling well. Whether you want to lose weight, reverse disease, get fit or heal emotional wounds, I offer you myth-busting, factual information that promises guaranteed permanent results. I’ll provide you with a solution and a direct plan of action specific for you.. I design programs and consult with men and women of all ages from all over the world via telephone or in person in my wellness center (Celestial Healing Wellness).   1. Hi doc akilah! i’d like to ask if nutritional yeast has any side effects?
    my mom’s recent blood tests reveals she is high in cholesterol, fasting blood sugar, and uric acid (OMG!). so i’m trying to change her food consumption when i came into youtube and saw your video regarding kale chips! you’re such a blessing! i hope this can help my mom somehow into getting healthy again.
    and what can be a substitute for kale? i don’t think we have that much kale here.. thanks!

    How are you? I was introduced to your website by a friend of mine. My biggest issue is “CONSTIPATION”. I have been trying to resolve this issue for decades and no result. such as: detox, juicing, colonic and still can be regular. I don’t know what to do. I am a fan of water, that all I drink. I work out 4 times a week, Can you kindly help me on this issue?
